Can't See Index Or Table Of Contents

Problem

I've published both small and large books. In the small books, the index button in the left frame doesn't work. In the big book, the left frame shows "this page can't be displayed", so I can't see the contents of the book.

Reason

Your Index and Table of Contents are not using the same type of HTML control.

Solution

If one of them is using "Plain HTML" and the other is using "HTML Help", change them so they are both the same type, and then publish again.
