How Can I Combine Text With File Objects?

How can I wrap or combine text with file objects? This would be very helpful in order to explain toolbars, buttons, etc.

We use a graphics editing package to add the text labels to our screen shots, and then save the combined picture in GIF or Visio format. Author-it does not have any graphics editing components, and most of our customers already have their favorite graphics editing tool. We use Photoshop and Visio, but any graphics editing package should let you add text labels to a picture.
