Site Maintenance

The Site Maintenance screen is used for working with Website Manager users and viewing the Author-it publishing jobs.

• The Users and Passwords tab contains two sub tabs for working with login details for your Website Manager users. Individual logins are created so you can ensure only authorized users gain access to the Admin area, and maintain an audit trail for changes by recording the login details with the time and date the actions were completed.
• The Author-it Publishing Jobs tab contains two sub tabs for viewing the content import history. These logs are created when you publish from Author-it using the Website Manager Publishing Profile action. The action automates the process of adding pages to the content tabs and updating the Website Manager database.
