Turn Off Do not send fonts to Distiller message when Publishing to PDF

Problem

When publishing to PDF using Adobe Acrobat Distiller , you may receive a warning message that you must turn OFF the option "Do not send fonts to Distiller":

Reason

When you create a PostScript file, you have to send the host fonts.

Solution

Go to the printer properties and turn off the option:

1. From the Windows Start Menu choose Settings > Printers and Faxes
2. Right click the Adobe PDF printer and choose Printing Preferences

   

3. Uncheck the Do not send fonts to "Adobe PDF" property.
