User Details Options

These options customize the user information details, and are used by Author-it when you log support calls with our on-line help desk. By completing the fields you avoid having to enter your information each time you log a call.

Name

This option provides a contact name for this installation of Author-it, and is used when you log a support call.

Organization

This option allows you to provide your company or organization name for this installation of Author-it, and is used when you log a support call.

Email Address

This option allows you to provide your e-mail address for this installation of Author-it, and is used when you log a support call.

Change Password

Selecting Change Password opens a window where you can update your password.
