Abraham has a BS in Computer Information Systems from the Technological University in Argentina; a Bachelor of Humanities and Philosophy from the National University of Cordoba, Argentina, and many certifications. He studied Instructional Design at Rome, Italy.

Char James-Tanny, Massachusetts, USA
Char has more than 25 years of experience as a technical writer and is well known in the Help community for her knowledge of online Help tools and concepts. Author of two books and several tutorials, she speaks frequently at conferences around the world on Help topics, cross-browser issues, and tool-specific functionality.
Char provides both self-paced training materials, available from her website, and onsite training for Author-it. She also helps companies convert their content from their existing systems (Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, etc.) to Author-it. Char monitors several email lists, including the Author-it User's Group, plus the MSHelpWiki. Char has been a Microsoft Help MVP since 2003 and is a senior member of STC's Boston Chapter.

David Locke, New Hampshire, USA
David is principal consultant with WordSmith LLC, where he has worked with computer documentation and training since 1985, specializing in online information systems. A member of the STC, David presents regularly at those conferences (and at other events, like Writers UA), and has worked with the STC online document competition committee. David earned more degrees than he needs from Cornell and Brown Universities, and served the Peace Corps in Brazil as a volunteer, trainer, and administrator. He taught at several colleges and universities, worked as a cook and a carpenter, and currently teaches in the Instructional Design program at the University of Massachusetts-Boston.
David has worked with Author-it since 2003, designing and implementing installations for a variety of clients. A charter member of the original RoboHelp consultant group, he specializes in helping companies convert information systems from that tool to Author-it.

Mike Levey, Calgary, Canada
Mike has been involved in adult learning and technical writing for the past 20 years. Ron Stone, Ontario, Canada
Ron has over 15 years of experience as a technical and business communicator, and is a senior partner in Content House, a consultancy focusing on best practices in content creation and management. Amanda has many years experience in technical communication, documentation, training and project management and is a Director of Content Chameleon Ltd. Elke is the leading Author-it consultant and trainer in Germany. Guy Hazell, Eindhoven, Netherlands
With almost 20 years' experience as a technical communicator Guy has designed, written and edited documentation for many organizations throughout Europe. Since 2005, Guy has specialized in implementing single-source documentation solutions using Author-it.
Within Triview he is responsible for process analysis and project planning prior to (mostly complex) implementations. Hans Janssen, Soest, Netherlands
Hans Janssen is co-founder and technical director of Triview. Within Triview Technical Communication, he is responsible for tool choice and techniques; and at Triview Publishing Technologies he is responsible for product choice, product development, consultancy, implementation and training of Author-it.
Hans began his career at the end of the 1980s as a specialist in techniques and products for automated layout of digital and paper media. Specialising further in the 1990s in SGML and XML techniques, with the primary focus being the separation of format from content.
Specific skills include: the implementation of complex environments using Author-it, planning migration of content, managing the exchange of content between Author-it and external systems, and the publishing of content using XML technologies.

Monika Duvinage, Bordeaux, France
Based in France, Monika Duvinage works as an independent author and designer, and has her own company Smart Info Design. She develops software documentation, online Help, and e-learning modules in an international environment, working in English, French, and German. Over the last three years, Monika has been mainly working for "eFront", a European software publisher, specialized in financial solutions for Private Equity fund managers, where she contributed to increase the quality and efficiency of the documents, by introducing an AuthorIT-based authoring approach. With one of the documents being produced she won an award in the STC Puget Sound Chapter competition in 2007.
