Author-it release update for 5.3

Author-it Software Corporation is pleased to announce the release of updates for Author-it, Author-it Live and Author-it Service Manager. This release update is part of our continued commitment to quality and performance improvements.

Update Release 5.3 January 2010

The key areas of improvement in this update release are;

• Authoring and Publishing
• Importing (RoboHelp)
• Particular emphasis on Priority 2 and 3 Support Cases with respect to Publishing
• Author-it Live and Author-it Service Manager

Important Note: A new version of the Author-it Software License Agreement is now available following feedback from our Clients, Affiliates, Consultants, and Partners. This can be found in the software installation folder, the installer, and our Knowledge Center.

Aligned with best practice methods, we recommend all releases are fully tested in a test environment prior to being installed and used in a production environment. Please contact the Author-it Software Corporation Support Team if you require any support for this update.

The update is available at no cost to all clients with a current maintenance plan. If your maintenance plan is not current, please contact your account manager or our sales team to renew.
