		<description>An excellent outline of the benefits of structured authoring.  Unfortunately I couldn&#039;t download the video (must be a &#039;mac thing&#039;) but you are correct in that one of the biggest &quot;Hidden Monsters&quot; is the one that jumps out from behind a pile of content in the &quot;to be re-written to comply with DITA&quot; file.   In our case we did indeed take one look at our non-compliant data post-audit and decide it was easy to start afresh.  Structure Authoring as a tool, as well as the disciplines it encourages can only be a good thing, especially those of use already knee-deep in Framemaker :o) 

I love blogs - it&#039;s so refreshing to to be able to get ones point across with a handful of dodgy metaphors for once!</description>
