		<description>BPMS is essentially a &quot;meta-layer&quot; of workflow, orchestrating multiple workflow systems or capabilities. In reality, quite a bit more complicated than traditional workflow. Having just come off of writing a short report on this, and an hour of training, I think it&#039;s worth calling out at least that level of distinction.

BPMS would also tend to include more of the complete end-to-end solution, for the analysis, modeling, executing, and monitoring. Not always, but again, another differentiator from &quot;workflow systems&quot; in general.
