Install Author-it

The Author-it 5 installation process is very simple - just run the provided setup file on each PC.

Rather than entering individual serial numbers on each PC, all licensing information for an organization is contained in a single licence file. No more scrambling around trying to find which serial numbers belong to which user, or having to reinstall if you mistakenly allocate the wrong number to the wrong user.

And when your acceptance testing is complete and you are ready to rollout 5 to your production environment, simply assign the new licence file to your library. Couldn't be easier!

To Install Author-it:

1. Close all other Windows programs. This lets Author-it update essential components which are shared by other programs.
2. Run the Author-it Setup program to begin the installation process and follow the steps.
